Pet Project WMV is a branch of Pet Project Pueblo.
Pet Project Pueblo is a non-profit animal adoption organization that was established in 2003. We rescue animals from shelters in southern Colorado and work to find them good homes. All animals are tested for diseases, spayed or neutered and receive shots prior to being adopted. All animals live in foster homes until permanent homes can be found. Many people from the Wet Mountain Valley participate with Pet Project's foster care program. Pet Project has realized that there is a need for a low cost spay and neuter program, as well as a feral cat trap/neuter/return program in the Wet Mountain Valley. For this reason, we have decided to gather volunteers in the Wet Mountain Valley to raise funds and implement these services.

We would love to have more volunteers. If you are interested, please email us.

For more information on Pet Project, please email petprojectwmv@yahoo.com. For more information on low cost spay/neuter in the Wet Mountain Valley, please check this website frequently, as well as local bulletin boards and our new Bulletin Board at the east end of the parking lot of The Spotted Pig, 717 Main Street, Silver Cliff, CO.
